A 47-year-old Cromwell man was arrested yesterday and charged with possessing LSD, possessing cannabis for supply and dealing the Class C drug.
Sergeant Mike Williams said the drugs were found during a search of a residential property in the town.
Further substances were recovered from the residence and have been sent away for testing.
Sgt Williams said the man will appear in the Alexandra District Court on Tuesday.
