One hundred and twenty-five years of rugby in Lawrence was celebrated over Easter.
The Lawrence Rugby Football Club celebrated its 125th anniversary with a series of functions, gatherings - and some rugby too.
More than 130 attended the three-day gathering.
Jubilee committee member Geoff Blackmore said the celebrations began with a function at Simpson Park complex which included a slide-show presentation focusing on the club's success over the past 25 years, which acted as an update on its centennial in 1984.
Attention turned to the rugby field on Saturday with junior matches, under-18s and golden oldies encounters.
The feature match was the Lawrence premiers versus an invitational side which included former Lawrence players.
Mr Blackmore said a cabaret that night included the auctioning of a special limited edition 125th jubilee jersey.
