Youngsters to present war story

With a cast of 60 children and teenagers A Letter to the Trenches is a story about the effects of World War 1 on the young men who went to fight and the communities they left behind.

The hour-long free show is at the Regent Theatre, Waimate, on Friday, April 17 at 7pm, and Saturday, April 18, at 2pm.

Tickets are not for sale in the usual way. Instead, people can go to Parkers in Queen St and make a donation to Ronald McDonald House South Island.
