8.30pm: The Queenstown Film Society presents The Artists Cinema (2011), six short films commissioned to bring visual artists' work into cinemas in subversive and playful ways, then Blerta Revisited (2001), director Geoff Murphy's documentary on late actor Bruno Lawrence and his band of musicians, film-makers, lovers and hangers-on, who between 1971 and 1976 toured New Zealand in a flower-power bus. New members can join on the night in Dorothy Brown's Cinema, Arrowtown.
