Queenstown Lakes District Council community services manager Paul Wilson said the block of 10 toilets was on schedule, the only exception being some of the paving around the building might not be ready in time because of the weather.
Mr Wilson said the toilets would still be accessible.
Queenstown firm Amalgamated Builders
was awarded the $447,576 contract and started work on transforming the 29-year-old toilet block at the end of February.
A turf upgrade of Earnslaw Park will start immediately after the Winter Games in August.
