Milton’s St Mary’s School held their second walkathon on Friday, March 20, when 65 children set out to raise about $5000 for the home and school committee.

Sunshine, family, swarms of sponsors and a sausage sizzle supported the 5-11 year olds, who walked or ran as many laps as they could around the school field in 90 minutes.

Children who walked the most laps for their year were rewarded with medals and vouchers, with the record reaching 76 laps.
