Her father, Craig Marshall, said they enjoyed the event.
"We didn’t have much to do today, so this was a good family outing."
More than 60 stalls featured at the winter fete, held at the Gore Town and Country Club.
Organising committee member Trudie South said within its first hour of opening the fete about 300 patrons had come through the doors.
"When we first opened at 10am we had lines of people outside waiting to get in and once they were in they knew exactly what stalls they were after."
The event was a success and it was great to see so many people support small businesses, she said.
