Thirty packrafters from across the country descended into some of Hokitika’s more remote whitewater over the weekend for the second Packrafting Association of New Zealand Hokitika Hui, taking in the Arahura, Upper Hokitika, Mikonui, Kokatahi and Tuke rivers with the help of local guides.
