The final was played at Cromwell and Otago No 1 Brent McEwan was the only St Clair golfer to post a win.
He gave Wakatipu schoolboy Samson Kim little chance in the final, shooting a 5-under-par 67 which, believe it or not, included an air shot.
But the rest of the games went Queenstown's way with schoolboys Chadol Han, Jamie Anstiss and Sungwoo Han all postings wins over their more experienced opponents.
Chadol beat Tony Giles on the 17th, while Anstill accounted for the Masters representative Stephen Hitchcox in 16 holes.
Sungwoo Han edged out Greg Johnson on the final green while Queenstown almost completed the clean sweep with Simon Hollyer and Simon Boland winning convincingly.
North Otago won the Senior B final, beating a Balmacewen team with three wins and two halves.
Intermediate honours went to Island Park with a convincing 5-1 win over an Arrowtown sextet.
Junior A went to the Maniototo club, while Lawrence won the Junior B title with a narrow win over Roxburgh.
There was further success for the Island Park Club which continues to be successful in handicap events, beating its Ranfurly rival by an impressive 5.5 to 0.5 margin.
Swede Peter Hanson's lead was trimmed to a single shot by world No 1 Rory McIlroy in the third round of the BMW Masters yesterday, Reuters reports.
Northern Ireland's McIlroy hit a 3-under-par 69 to move within one stroke of Hanson, who shot a third-round 70 to hold the lead at 16-under.
Hanson started the day two shots clear, but watched his lead evaporate after bogeys at the fourth, fifth and eighth.
He was joined for a time at the top of the leaderboard by Belgium's Nicolas Colsaerts, who carded eight birdies in his first 15 holes, before double bogeys on holes 16 and 17 on the Lake Malaren course.
McIlroy had the chance to draw level at the top on the 17th, but the ball hit the lip and did not go in.
