Sky Go fails during sevens final

Sky customers have vented their frustration online after being unable to watch New Zealand women's sevens team's bid for gold at the Rio Olympics.

Customers said on Twitter that their Sky Go feed was failing during the women's sevens final between New Zealand and Australia.

Sky did not immediately return a request for comment.

Followers of Tony Veitch's Facebook page also expressed their disappointment at missing out on watching the game due to Sky Go being out of action.

One rugby fan posted "Can you keep us updated on the woman's [sic] sevens. SKYGO fails yet again."

Another said Sky Go was "crashing right when it matters".

A keen New Zealand supporter said they would "love to watch in Skygo [sic] the official station of the Olympics but guess what, can't get it due to overloading or maintenance issues".
