Taieri College 1st XV will have a chance to win back-to-back titles when it meets Kavanagh College 1st XV in the final of the Otago Under 18 Schools Competition in Mosgiel on Saturday.
Taieri, which won the competition last year, finished top qualifier after pool play this season.
Principal and coach David Hunter said the Taieri team contained all local boys who had attended the school since either Year 7or9.
The final will begin at Taieri College at 1pm.
