A mourning family is preparing for the possibility the man who pleaded guilty to causing a crash which killed Dunedin man Riley Baker may never serve prison time.
After evading police for months, Mosgiel man Robert Laxon was apprehended yesterday after a high-speed pursuit in West Harbour where he crashed a stolen vehicle into a police car, police say.
