Two real estate companies are joining forces with the aim of enhancing services across the region.
Property Brokers announced this week it had welcomed Professionals Invercargill — MacPherson Realty Ltd into its brand, the goal being to bring a high level of knowledge and services to Southland.
Property Brokers Otago/Southland regional manager John Faulks said he was excited as it was a great move for the company.
"It’s an opportunity to intensify our service offering by leveraging expertise and experience.
"We’re proud to provide clients with comprehensive real estate services, including residential, commercial, rural, lifestyle and property management."
Professionals Invercargill — MacPherson Realty Ltd former director Tim Frampton was optimistic about the new chapter.
He would continue to sell at the new real estate company and he would also take the helm as sales manager, he said.
"It’s great to join a family-owned business committed to achieving and delivering better outcomes for the local Invercargill community.
"We’re excited to elevate our service offering and join a passionate brand with a provincial heart."
Property Brokers’ property management general manager David Faulkner said as one of New Zealand’s largest landlords with more than 7000 properties under management, they were excited to bring their award-winning services to the deep South.
"Our structure means landlords still deal with one person and can build a strong working relationship with their property manager."

Property Brokers’ managing director Guy Mordaunt said it was great to have Mr Frampton and the team on board.
