CD Reviews: The Pretty Reckless

Rocking through a raucous set of predictable themes involving sex, drinking and teenage misadventure, the one saving grace of The Pretty Reckless' album is the production values.

With downright dirty guitars slung way out front, a rhythm section bigger than Texas and lead singer Taylor Momsen's rasp-ridden naughty girl vocals, Going to Hell is actually pretty darn kick-ass - if rocking out with a two-fingered salute and a bottle of Jack is your kind of thing.

Just can the ballads in future.

  • The Pretty Reckless. Going to Hell.
