Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try yourself.

Makes 9-10

2½ cups milk

1kg grated cheese

5 cups self-raising flour

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. The mixture should be quite stiff.

Put palm-sized balls on a baking try and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 180degC until golden brown.
