Catalyst’s seedy smoothie

Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try yourself.

Ingredients 

¾ cup almond milk

1 Tbsp almond butter

120g frozen sliced banana

1½ Tbsp hemp seeds

¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla extract

ice

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until desired consistency.
