Proud mum Linda Duncan welcomes home her two-time world champion motocross-riding daughter, Courtney, at Dunedin International Airport last night.
Duncan arrived back in the city after spending two weeks in a managed isolation facility in Auckland and was greeted by Dunedin Mayor Aaron Hawkins, a kapa haka group, the City of Dunedin Pipe Band and friends and family.
The 24-year-old clinched her second consecutive FIM Women’s Motocross World Championship in the last race of the season in Italy at the start of the month.
