One person is critically injured after an assault in Calton Hill last night, police say.
A police spokesman said they attended the incident at a residence at about 9pm.
Nobody has yet been charged and police were still making enquiries into the assault, the spokesman said.
A St John spokesperson said they transported a patient in a critical condition to Dunedin Hospital.
