Flooding on Forbury Road

Homeowners and contractors are working to clear drains on Forbury Rd where heavy rain has caused surface flooding from Bayview to Victoria Rd.

Traffic was still able to use the road, but was slow moving.

A City Care worker said contractors were busy across the city doing ''damage control''.

There was also major surface flooding on the corner of Sandringham St and Forbury Rd.
