Let the words begin

Authors Karen Healey, of Christchurch, and Jack Vening, of Melbourne and Dunedin Fringe Arts Trust director Gareth McMillan, of Dunedin, celebrate the launch of the 2017 NZ Young Writers Festival in Dunedin last night.

The festival will include 16 events, ranging from a discussion on writing about sex and sexuality to a workshop on poetry as resistance.

The festival will finish on Sunday.
