An oil spill caused traffic delays in Dunedin this morning.
A Fire Service spokesman said firefighters from Lookout Point Station were called to Glen Rd in Mornington at 8.43am.
The Dunedin City Council called the Fire Service, he said.
Details on how the oil was spilt on the road was unavailable, he said.
The Otago Daily Times has been told traffic was congested in the area at the time.
