There is a print with her name on it from Prime Minister John Key and a photograph of Tiger Woods and his New Zealand caddy Steve Williams is at the framers.
Money raised will help Grace, who does not eat, to seek treatment at a specialist hospital in Graz, Austria. The family needs $50,000 to make the trip a reality. Her mother, Pip Hughes, said they had received confirmation for Grace to attend the hospital on November 30 for a three- to four-week course of treatment.
"Hopefully, she'll be able to eat Christmas dinner with us."
More than 140 items would be auctioned, including paintings, sports equipment, jewellery and travel, she said. Among the diverse goods was a Sarah Ulmer skin suit, autographed by the cyclist.
"I've been blown away. People have been so generous."
The auction had been put together by the Hughes with help from a committee of friends.
"We couldn't have done this without their help," Mrs Hughes said.
Committee member Clare Challis said many of the goods had been obtained by calling businesses, organisations and individuals, including Mr Key, who contributed a signed artwork.
The personally-autographed photo of Woods, his caddy and Sergio Garcia came after Mrs Hughes appealed to Mr Williams by email.
Some of the goods had been offered outright and others had a reserve on them.
Many of the items will be on display in Wall Street mall until Wednesday, with the auction being held on Thursday at 6pm at the Carisbrook lounge. Tickets to the auction will also be sold at the mall.
A silent auction of 35 items was also being held. Bids could be made at the mall.
