QSM awarded

Being congratulated by Governor-General Dame Cindy Kiro after his investiture in Wellington recently is Paul Clements, of Dunedin, who was awarded a Queen’s Service Medal in the New Year Honours for services to Fire and Emergency New Zealand and the community.
