Emergency services personnel had to extract a woman with a suspected neck injury following a collision between two cars in Ravensbourne Rd, near Tekapo St, yesterday morning.
A St John spokeswoman said the woman was one of three people taken to Dunedin Hospital with minor to moderate injuries.
The incident blocked Ravensbourne Rd for about 40 minutes.
