Prefabricated walls are erected on a new warehouse/showroom at the site of the former Bodyline Collision Panel and Paint building in Wharf St, which was destroyed by fire in June last year.

The property is owned by Kirkland Properties Ltd, and property manager Sheena Kirkland said it was now being transformed into a large warehouse with offices and a showroom at the front.

"It could be used for anything. It will have showroom capability in the front. If you wanted, there could also be offices in the front and warehousing out the back."

The potential for the 750sq m building, expected to be completed by the end of March next year, was endless, she said.
