A body has been found in a Wanganui park.
Wanganui police have launched an investigation after the body of a man was found at Te Mana Park by a member of the public about 8.30pm last night.
A guard monitored the scene overnight and this morning officers would commence a scene examination.
The man has yet to be formally identified and the death is being treated as unexplained.
