The Wanaka Community Board has approved boat ramp works in Roys Bay, up to the value of $100,000, in the 2008-09 financial year.
The board will also make an annual plan submission to carry over the bulk of the funds set aside for the Roys Bay upgrade to the next financial year, and to seek additional funding for stages 2-4 of the upgrade.
The board also approved scoping reports for road sealing projects on Cemetery Rd at Lake Hawea (estimated at $834,885) and Orchard Rd (estimated at $513,705), on the outskirts of Wanaka.
