North Otago reporter Wyatt Ryder, 25, who writes for the Oamaru Mail and Otago Daily Times was named the Best News Journalist (Junior) and Queenstown’s Mountain Scene newspaper was named the runner-up in the Community Newspaper of the Year Award.
