Skin care, outdoor clothing and the future of farming will be on the agenda for the "Under the Kakanuis" women in farming group's first field day on August 25.
The theme is Farming Towards 2020 and sessions at the Kauru Hill hall include skin care for women working outdoors and outdoor clothing for women.
There will also be an address from Meat and Wool NZ regional manager Aaron Meikle on farming towards 2020 and discussion on the way forward for the group, led by Rural Women New Zealand Otago development officer Pat Macaulay.
