Mrs Pine began the hub five years ago as a shared space that offers different modalities such as pilates, personal training, exercise physiology, yoga, nutrition and massage to ‘‘help empower bodies to move and heal’’.
The open day from 10am to 1pm will include ‘‘free taster classes’’ where people can try out the Pilates Reformer, a specialised exercise machine or ‘‘hop into a class,’’ Mrs Pine said.
Later the hub, which ‘‘always encourages movement’’, is offering a ‘‘silent disco’’ for its regular customers, providing headphones for the event, where people dance to music played through wireless headphones rather than speakers.
