Otago Rural Fire Authority crews have taken part in their annual training in Gibbston.
The recent exercise included incident management, personnel training, heli-bombing practice, vehicle testing and safetycommunication.
Deputy Rural Fire Officer Jamie Cowan said it was an opportunity to review skills.
Fire crews were joined by Department of Conservation employees, council staff and local fire contractors from Queenstown, Wanaka and Alexandra.
