Civic Events this week announced the Arrowtown resort would be part of the 18-date winery tour.
"We have set the standard high from year one and we're sure Winery Tour fans won't be disappointed when we make the big line-up announcement in October," co-promoter Brent Eccles said in a statement.
"We love the fact that this is an event for the whole family, and again this year kids under 12 will be given free admittance."
The line-up for the fourth annual tour will be announced on October 22, and tickets go on sale on November 2.
Milbrook tickets will be available from Ticketmaster and Ticket Direct.
The tour begins at Ascension Wine Estate, in Matakana, on February 5 and finishes at Villa Maria Estate, in Auckland, on March 6.
The sold-out 2009 tour presented Dave Dobbyn, Anika Moa and Opshop at 17 shows nationwide.
