Police have "some fears" for the safety of Garry Bradshaw (66), who has been missing from the Fernhill area since lunchtime on Tuesday.
The search for Mr Bradshaw has resumed today after winding up at 1am this morning.
Mr Bradshaw is 170cm tall, weighs 71kg and has grey hair and a "ruddy" complexion.
He was last seen wearing fawn-coloured baggy trousers, slip-on boots, an olive-grey cap, a blue and grey coloured checked flannel long-sleeved shirt, a grey-coloured thick "farmer-type" jersey and an olive-green sleeveless fleece vest.
