Queenstown Primary School pupils showcase their talents on and off the theatrical stage for the second and final community performance of a musical with a message tonight.

More than 200 pupils in years 5 and 6 are involved in the production of the children's musical Bully! at the Queenstown Memorial Hall, at 7pm. Entry costs $5 for adults and children's entry is by gold coin.

Sienna Strachan (10), as girl-gang leader Kim, is the main character, who adopts a bullying lifestyle until her own brother becomes embroiled in problems of one of their victims.

Bully! was directed by teacher Mark Douglas, choreographed by teacher Paula Nicolls and produced by years 5 and 6 team leader Alice Cannan, with the help of the entire staff.

Miss Cannan said yesterday pupils had worked hard in acting, dancing, choir, props and backstage groups for the dramatic nine-song musical.
