A Wanaka rape case before the Tauranga District Court continues to drag on, with a trial date still to be set.
A 23-year-old Tauranga man was arrested and charged in March with the rape of a 19-year-old American girl.
The complainant alleged she was raped at the Wanaka Lakeview Holiday Park during the University Winter Games in September 2007.
The accused has ongoing name suppression, and is scheduled to appear before the court again on February 22 next year.
