Coronet Square is the first stage of a master plan development which will bring together the best in golf course, landscape and urban design.
Architect Haden Emslie designed the 13 homes, which reflect relaxed rural sophistication.
The cluster of homes was terraced in a "koru shape" above the new Coronet Nine Golf Course to provide privacy from neighbours, while maximising Queenstown's long sunshine hours and panoramic views.
The show home features three generously sized bedrooms, three bathrooms and a covered link to a double garage.
Construction of the Coronet Square homes was being completed by A. J. Saville Ltd, of Arrowtown.
Millbrook property and development manager Ben O'Malley said he was delighted with the show home and believed people would fall in love with the house and its setting when they saw it.
"We're very proud of our new Coronet Square development. This is fairway living at its finest.
"We've already completed the first houses, with two now owner-occupied, and several of the high-end stand-alone homes are under way or about to start construction," he said.
The show home is open for viewing every day between 11am and 1pm.
