The pair play Arrowtown's Athenaeum Hall tonight with Rolling Stones backing musician Tim Ries and backing vocalist Bernard Fowler, and Waters' son Tom on sax (second left).
It is a return to the Wakatipu for Waters, who has shared a stage with music stars such as Jools Holland and Mick Hucknall. He says the gig, a fundraiser for Queenstown Trails Trust, will be full of energy.
``I like to have fun with music.''
Jagger is the younger brother of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger.
