An Otago Regional Rescue Helicopter takes off from the scene of a single-vehicle crash about 27km south of Beaumont in Clutha River Rd yesterday afternoon.
A police spokeswoman said emergency services were alerted about 5.20pm.
Two occupants of the vehicle had been trapped but were ``out of the vehicle and walking'' shortly after Fire Service staff arrived.
An Otago Regional Rescue Helicopter was sent to the scene but stood down as there were no injuries.
Services were stood down about 6.30pm.
