Police are warning travellers to be careful about speed and their possessions over the Easter break.
Senior Constable Robin Hutton, of Balclutha, said anyone going away over Easter should ''lock your property up and ensure your valuables are hidden away''.
He also asked drivers to be extra careful on the roads and to stick to the speed limits.
