The trial of Easy Rider owner Gloria Davis being heard in the Invercargill District Court has again been postponed because Davis is unwell.
Davis, of Bluff, did not attend court on Thursday.
After a short discussion between Judge John Strettell and lawyers in private yesterday morning, it was announced she was still unwell and the trial had been adjourned until Monday morning.
Davis is the sole director of AZ1 Enterprises, which owned the fishing boat, and widow of skipper Rewai Karetai, who was drowned along with seven others when Easy Rider sank in Foveaux Strait in March 2012. One person was rescued.
She has denied 10 charges laid by Maritime New Zealand against herself or her company.
