Emergency services have been called to a crash involving a car and a truck on Dunns Rd, near Invercargill.
A police spokeswoman said police arrived at the scene at 8.50am and three people were believed to be involved.
She said the west-bound lane was blocked.
An Otatara resident informed the Otago Daily Times the collision happened outside the Otatara School.
St. John was notified at 8.35am and sent one ambulance.
Two patients were assessed, both minor injury & treated at the scene
