Cleaning the decks

Careys Bay-based, 16m pleasure craft Heretaunga has its decks cleaned at Stirling Falls in Milford Sound following heavy rain in the sound.

This is a favourite stopping point for tourist boats which allows passengers to don wet weather gear and enjoy the force of the spray from the 151m-high waterfall, that is almost three times the height of Niagara Falls.
