Sue Hodges' magic month continued in Balclutha at the weekend when she played a key role in Dunedin's win in the interprovincial competition.
The Outram bowler won three of her four singles games as Dunedin won the senior women's five-team contest with 31 points.
Dunedin was followed by North Otago on 25, Central Otago on 23, Southland on 22 and South Otago on 19.
A week earlier Hodges, a corrections officer at Milburn, won her 15th Bowls Dunedin title and, earlier in the month, skipped her composite fours team to the final at the national championships.
Beth Brown, a member of Hodges four at the national championships, also played a key role in Dunedin's win.
The pair of Brown and Jan Barclay also won three of their four games. Their most important win was against Central Otago which they beat 24-11. Their only loss was to Southland, 20-14.
The other pair of Rachael McDowall and Sarah Scott also had three wins. Their biggest win was against Central Otago 31-5 and their only loss was to Southland.
The Dunedin four of Abbey Dugdale, Vicki Robinson, Jacqui Peterson and Shona Mann also made an important contribution to Dunedin's victory by winning two games, losing one and drawing the fourth.
The narrow 14-12 win against Southland was important because it gave the Dunedin squad some breathing space.
Rebecca Jelley won two of her four singles games.
The only unbeaten team in the senior competition was the Central Otago four of Lyn Somerville, Ruth Grant, Linley O'Callaghan and Margaret O'Connor that won all four games.
Their closest game was a last-end 17-15 win over Southland.
Dunedin also won the development team competition on differential from Central Otago.
Both teams had 22 points but Dunedin had a differential of plus 54 against Central Otago's plus 52.
They were followed by Southland on 16, South Otago on 14 and North Otago on 6.
Dunedin won the cup for the combined competition on 53 points and Central Otago was second on 45.
