The Zappers followed a loss and win on Monday with a win and loss yesterday.
They edged Central Districts A by four runs in the early game. The Zappers posted 144 for nine in a bits-and-pieces innings.
Cam Jackson top-scored with 30 and Andrew Hazeldine was the next biggest contributor with 22.
But the bowling unit did a wonderful job to restrict Central to 140 for six. Wrist spinner Zac Cumming was the most frugal of the Otago bowlers. He nabbed one for 18 from four overs.
The Zappers slumped to a seven-wicket loss to Canterbury in the latter game.
Their batting let them down again. They were rolled for 89.
Beckham Wheeler-Greenall top-scored with 26, while Kaleb McKay grabbed two for 24.
