Two of Otago’s young guns were in record-breaking form at the Wānaka interclub meet at the weekend.
Hana Carnie (Wānaka) broke Otago 13 years records in both the 100m and 200m backstroke. Her time of 2min 17.57sec in the 200m broke a record held by Olympic swimmer Erika Fairweather.
Hannah Ker-Fox (Neptune) broke four Otago 12 years records across freestyle, butterfly and individual medley. — APL
