Mr Feelgood won the $A77,000 Cordina Sprint in 1.51.1 at Menangle on Saturday night to clinch a berth in the $500,000 Miracle Mile there next Saturday.
The 9yr-old Mr Feelgood won by four lengths from Terror To Love, who was among the final invitees to the Miracle Mile. The others were Lisagain, who ran sixth and Karloo Mick (ninth) in the Cordina Sprint.
They join Smoken Up, Franco Jamar, Im Themightyquinn and Raglan.
Im The mightyquinn won a $A17,500 free-for-all at Gloucester Park on Friday night in a 1.59.9 mile rate for the 2506m (mobile). Im Themightyquinn has won his three starts in a fresh campaign.
Gold Ace, now trained by Gary Hall sen, won the $A50,000 Four-Year-Old Championship at Gloucester Park in a 1.56.8 rate for the 2100m from a standing start.
Mr Feelgood was driven by Luke McCarthy, the trainer of Franco Jamar.
Raglan and Lisagain are trained by Tim Butt, who formerly prepared Mr Feelgood now with Brisbane trainer, John McCarthy.
"Lisagain has had some problems settling in. He was walking the fences and kicking boxes and being colty. We have switched him to another property today and he seems to have improved," Tim Butt said.
