The next time durable Zingari-Richmond loose forward Chris Bell laces up his boots, he will be playing in his 200th premier game.
He joins a relatively small group of players who have achieved the feat in Dunedin senior club rugby.
But what makes his effort so memorable is tomorrow's game against Alhambra-Union at the North Ground will be his 144th consecutive game.
Either he is packing something more than just flesh under the Colours jersey, or he has discovered the fountain of youth. We asked the 30-year-old what his secret was.
''To be honest, I don't know [how I've done it],'' Bell said.
''It is not like I train too hard. I think that is part of the secret.''
Actually, his not-so-secret weapon might be his wife, Anna Bell, who is a physiotherapist.
That has to help but to have not missed a game since 2007 is quite remarkable. He is certainly no Jacob Oram.
''It's good luck, I suppose.
''Lately, it has taken its toll. It takes from Sunday through to Friday to be back right so I can play on Saturday.''
The insulation and sheet metal worker, who made his premier debut in 2003, usually packs down behind the scrum but is well equipped to play on either flank.
He spent most of the 2005 season at lock and has had one game out in the backs at centre.
A powerful ball runner, Bell has accumulated 52 tries and last season knocked over a conversion.
In all, he has scored 262 premier points.
Bell never gave any serious consideration to leaving the club despite the Colours enduring a two-year, 33-game losing streak which they snapped against University A in April 2012 with a last-gasp 29-28 win.
''I was captain for most of those games when we were losing and I didn't want to leave them on bad terms. We had to play a promotion-relegation game there at one stage, which was a bit daunting.''
Bell actually looks back at that period with fondness.
It was some of the most enjoyable rugby he played, he said.
''You battle on, and when you finally get that first win it is a massive celebration. We became a lot closer. I enjoyed those times.''
Bell expects there will be some emotion when he runs out on to the North Ground.
''I've made some lifelong mates during the 13 years I've been playing for Zingari and it's going to be a pretty cool feeling.''
There are two other notable milestones to look out for this week.
Taieri's Josh Casey is poised to overhaul Daniel Soper's record season haul of 260 points.
Casey is sitting on 259 points, so a conversion will do it.
Southern goal-kicker Bryce Hosie (197 points) is also poised to bring up 200 points for the season.
