Southland Boys' High School were in dominant mood when they beat Kings 52-3 at Invercargill today to retain its unbeaten record in the Highlanders First XV competition.
Southland Boys' led 24-3 at the break and took full control in the second spell to win the game.
Southland Boys' will host the top four final against Otago Boys' at Invercargill next Saturday.
Fullback Liam Edwards was in outstanding form for Otago Boys' and was named the player of the game.
John McGlashan continued its form to beat Verdon College 33-7 and will host the middle four final at Dunedin next Saturday.
They will play Dunstan that beat Waitaki Boys' 33-8.
South Otago beat Central Southland College 18-12 and will play St Kevin's in the bottom four final at Oamaru. St Kevin's beat Kavanagh College 25-15.
