Centurion Chris Bell was in dynamic form and scored four of Zingari-Richmond's 10 tries in its 62-12 win over Pirates in the Dunedin premier club rugby ninth-10th playoff game at Montecillo on Saturday.
It gave Zingari ninth place in the premier competition and left Pirates facing the possibility of a promotion-relegation game against Eastern.
Zingari led 17-7 at the break before the blindside flanker tore the game apart with his lethal running.
Zingari added seven more tries and 45 points in the second spell.
Bell finished second on the season's premier try count with 15.
