    Otago Regional Council Science and Resilience general manager Tom Dyer and consultant Josh Von Pein spoke about Hawksbury Lagoon flood mitigation measures.

    While ongoing planning is done, the ORC will install four additional culverts in the lagoon causeway, in order to carry away excess water during significant rain.
